Why I Got Involved In Teaching Water Exercise:
Teaching Water Exercise is a fun creative outlet for me. I enjoy designing various lesson plans with choreography to music. I also enjoy helping people benefit from water exercise and work toward meeting their fitness goals.

What Motivates Me To Keep In Shape:
I am motivated to keep in shape because doing so allows me to feel better, stay active, have more energy, and be healthy.

Why my Class is Unique:
I lead class participants through a safe and effective total body workout that includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and muscle toning. We also perform full body stretching to exercise breathing, balance, and flexibility.

How long have I taught group exercise?
I've taught many types of Water Aerobics classes for over 13 years, including Deep Water, Shallow Water, Arthritis, and Ai Chi classes.

How long have I participated in group exercise?
I began tap dance and ballet lessons when I was three years old. I've been taking group exercise classes ever since!
