Why I Got Involved In Teaching Water Exercise
Initially, I was introduced to aquatic exercise when preparing to undergo bilateral total hip replacements. No longer able to exercise on land, I turned to the water for my primary form of exercise. I have always loved the water for recreational play, but discovered that it is also a very powerful, yet supportive environment in which I was able to accomplish my fitness and rehab goals. I fell in love with the water in a very different way and decided to certify myself in Aquatic Group Exercise and Advanced Aquatic Personal Training. 13 years later, I am still happy when I can jump in and get a great workout or share my enthusiasm with a class and deepen their appreciation for aquatic group exercise. I love making waves!

My sons, a deep drive to live a happy and healthy life and sharing that desire with the members of my class.
Why My Class Is Unique
I design each class with moves that challenge all levels of fitness, allow each participant to be successful in the class and with everything we do, I stress posture and movement beginning deep within the core-mindful body movements.
