National Trails Day®, the only nationwide celebration of trails, brings awareness to trails and thanks many people and partners for their support and hard work, including volunteers, land agencies, and outdoor- minded businesses. It is also a day to introduce people to the many joys and benefits of trails.The City of Des Peres is excited to participate in this celebration for the first time. We would like to encourage people to visit the trails in Phantom Forest and Bittersweet Woods. Participation forms will be available on the website the week of the event. Clues to fill out the form will be hidden on Phantom Forest and Bittersweet Woods Trails (only on June 4th).
