Waste Connections has changed its guidelines for mattresses and box springs due to bed bugs which have become a growing concern and safety hazard for drivers. If calling to request a bulk pickup of a mattress or box spring, those items must be wrapped in plastic or they will not be serviced. This process will help alleviate our drivers from getting beg bugs. Thank you for your time and consideration.
