Meeting Room Amenities

The Lodge has three single meeting and banquet rooms:
  • Dogwood Room
  • Maple Room
  • Oak Room
Each room can accommodate approximately 50 people, depending on the room set-up. The three rooms are adjacent to one another and can be enlarged by opening the retractable walls. Ultimately, the rooms can be combined into one large ball room to accommodate approximately 165 people with a dance floor or 225 people without dance floor.

  • The Oak Room has a vinyl wood floor
  • The Dogwood and Maple rooms are carpeted
  • The Oak Room has direct access to the catering kitchen
  • Each room has a recessed projection screen
  • Access to wireless high speed internet in each meeting room at no additional cost
  • Round or rectangular tables to suit your event needs
  • Great natural lighting and very tasteful finishes

Meeting Room Equipment Rental

The Lodge has all of the equipment you need for your next meeting or training seminar. We offer the following equipment to rent:
  • TV - 32" Flat Screen / DVD - $30
  • PA system - $20 ($10 per additional microphone/equipment)
  • Coffee service - $10 per urn
  • Bottled water - $1.25 per bottle
  • Canned soda - $1.25 per can
  • Dry erase board, easel, and podium - Free
