Biography
Alderman Osherow was first elected to the Board of Alderman in April 2021.
James is a St. Louis native, lives in Harwood Hills, and has been a resident of Des Peres since 2006. James owns a medical equipment business, and is a charter member and served on the board of Modern STL, preservation group.
