RUN STRONG: STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS


Run Strong is a program designed for runners of all abilities to improve their running. Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Loida, will lead you through exercises and drills to improve your core strength, speed, flexibility and range of motion. These are the extra things that runners need to push past plateaus, stay injury free and set new personal records. Mary Loida has been running for over 20 years and has completed 7 marathons, 10 half marathons and numerous shorter distance races. She has experience coaching cross country and track, as well as training a wide variety of personal training clients. This program will take place at City Studio. No showers available. Minimum 4/Maximum 12
