CARDIO TENNIS


Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a great way to burn calories and interact with others outside of the gym.  Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body calorie burning aerobic workout.  Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also learning a skill and training for the sport of tennis. Due to construction of the new tennis courts at Des Peres Park this class will take place at Pioneer Park.  Only Saturday classes will be offered as Pioneer Park does not have lights on the tennis courts.  Make-up classes due to inclement weather will be added on to the end of the schedule or on Fridays at the same time.  Minimum 4/Maximum 16
Cost: $60/Member; $63/Resident; $72/Non-Resident
Ages: 16 and Older
Days: Saturday, 8 – 9 a.m.
